I am a Life Coach, with concentration placed on self-awareness, growth, families, and relationships.  My passion is to help others to fulfill their dreams and reach their goals.

With over 26 years of experience as an educator; I have an array of experience working with individuals and families of various backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultural differences.  My areas of expertise include educating and facilitating children and adults in academics, trainings in health and wellness, facilitating Parenting Classes and working to resolve conflict resolution issues with children and adults throughout my career.  I have additional training in Guidance and Counseling.

I am an interactive, passionate cheerleader for my clients!  I integrate questioning and various approaches to empower and uplift individuals to reach their goals.
